These KPIs fell into a number of categories as follows:

Financial Management

Revenue Recognition Management, Time Required for Compliance Support, Audit Completion Time, Reporting Time and Resources, Time to Close Financial Books, Accounting Staff Productivity & General Ledger Consolidation Time.

Manufacturing Visibility & Performance

Staff Utilisation, Inventory Carrying Costs as % of Revenue, Obsolete Inventory Carrying Costs & Production Efficiency.

Sales and Marketing

Sales Pipeline and Productivity & Order Processing Efficiency.

IT Management

IT Support Resource Costs, Cost to Purchase and Maintain Servers & Business Continuity/Disaster Recovery Costs.

Improvements were found across all KPIs including Obsolete Inventory Carrying Costs reduced between 60 and 80% and Sales Pipeline and Productivity improved by 40 to 60%.
